5-Amino-1MQ 50mg

Overview

5-Amino-1MQ (5-amino-1-methylquinolinium) is a small-molecule, membrane-permeable inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), the enzyme that methylates nicotinamide and regulates cellular NAD+ and SAM levels. It is used in research models of adipocyte metabolism, NAD+ salvage and muscle stem cell biology. It is intended strictly for in vitro and laboratory research applications.
